This honey is very strong tasting and the earthy truffle flavor definitely comes through.The combination of sweetness and earthiness is addictive and has become famous in restaurant circles becoause some celebrity chefs have used it quite successfully (try it with cheese!) We've tried it with Saint Andre cheese on a baguette and loved it. Only a drop or two is needed. In Italy we also tried it with some Parmigiano, but beware, that's a very strong combination.
