Move over Balsamico Jan 06, 2008 This stuff is delicious and incredibly useful. I've macerated berries in it (it's wonderful with strawberries); marinated pork with it; added it to sauces; as well as made salad dressings. In every dish, it was a star. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle.
